Like-new refurbished Vscan Extend with dual probe system.

Like-new refurbished system used for demonstrations. Offered with same warranty as new at a lower price.

GE offers Vscan Extend refurbished systems – previously used by our GE Sales team to demonstrate the product.  If you are looking for a like-new system at an affordable price range, these systems may meet your needs.  These demo systems are typically gently used and show minimal signs of use and have always remained in ownership of GE.  Demo systems must pass GE’s stringent inspection and test standards, repairs are made and parts are replaced when needed.  In addition, software updates are applied and systems are tested before shipping from our facility.  All demo Vscan Extend units come with the same 3 year warranty as new systems (which begins at time of purchase).

These systems provide access to the Bladder Volume, Lung Protocol and Tricefy Uplink apps – available for download through the GE Marketplace1

1GE Marketplace and Vscan Extend apps are valid for systems with Wi-Fi configurations, please contact your GE Healthcare sales representative for detailed information.

    Product Benefits

Two transducers in a single probe

Offers a dual probe with both linear and sector transducers in a single probe – allowing for shallow and deep views in a wide variety of exam types and clinical applications, including cardiac, abdomen, carotids, thyroid and lungs.

An interface that feels like your smartphone

Vscan Extend is designed to be easy to use, much like your smartphone with a minimized number of keys. Just swipe through the interface with your right or left thumb to access powerful portable ultrasound and clear images.
It’s also easy to adjust in one hand while holding the probe with the other.

    Wireless image transfer

Vscan Extend seamlessly integrates handheld ultrasound imaging with your hospitals’ wireless networks and DICOM®-based documentation and reporting1. Review images at the bedside or use wireless DICOM data transfer to connect to your standard imaging workflow.1 With a special emphasis on data security, you can easily and securely send images wirelessly to the PACS.

    1. Valid for systems with Wi-Fi configurations and for systems with DICOM configuration. Contact your GE Healthcare sales representative for detailed information.
